Dinner at this fairly new, nearly one star, Michelin restaurant was a treat for sure. I'm showing a few photos of the various dishes, but certainly there's no justice in food photos! Let's just say they called it the Brace Experience...there were 4 tasting dishes, 5 main courses, 2 desserts and 8 wines. We thought 90% were spectacular...and we added our 2 cents for the 2 dishes we thought needed some help..but hey, what do we know?
Their food was creative, unique and entertaining...as you can see. Opened since February, they have a huge potential.
What a find and what a taste treat!! Man!!
