The food in Copenhagen is sublime, from the Krebesgaarden dinner last night to the open faced sandwiches at the Torvelhallern(?) we ate for lunch...it all has been amazingly delicious and somewhat pricey...but our kids can handle an eroded retirement account hopefully!
No pictures of last night's dinner...too tacky with only 10 tables, and a clientele that had included the Governator and Nancy Pelosi..if I'd have known that ahead of time...hmmmmm. Nonetheless, amazing food with wine pairings, and then lunch today..roast beef on toast with six million fried onions, and a classic grilled ham, bacon, cheese and egg side dish to go with a few brewskis...
Then, as we walked back to our floating hotel, we came across the Elva bench..which, unfortunately, she wasn't sitting at...so Peggy had to take her place.
