No Mo Noma!

Rated the #1 restaurant in the world a few times, Noma, closed its doors in December. Many restaurants have since been opened by the sous chefs, and we have reservations at 3 of them this week..tonight was Baest, pronounced beast(I think). Everything made in house, including the burrata..and btw, the wood fired pizza oven is amazing!
Only had to walk 19,500 steps throughout the day to enjoy the food with no regrets).
